As Garuda Productions offers digital services, there are no physical products to be shipped. All services provided are in digital formats (videos, images, designs, etc.) and are delivered electronically.

    Digital Delivery:
  • Delivery Method: Once the project is completed and the final payment is received, we will deliver the final output via email or a secure download link, depending on the nature of the deliverables.
  • Delivery Time: The delivery time is discussed and agreed upon during the project initiation, based on the scope and complexity of the work.

We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all services, ensuring that your final product is just as you envisioned it.

 


 

 

Refund Policy

At Garuda Productions, we aim to provide high-quality services that meet our clients' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes projects may not go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds:

    Refund Eligibility:
  • Advance Payment: Once the 50% advance payment is made and the project commences, it is non-refundable, except in cases where the project is canceled as per the Service Agreement.
  • Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the project after the 50% advance is paid, but before completion, the client will be responsible for paying for work completed up to the cancellation date. The amount owed will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, as agreed in the Service Agreement.
  • Final Deliverables: Once the final draft is approved and the remaining 50% balance is paid, the final deliverables will be delivered, and no further changes or refunds will be provided unless separately negotiated.
Service Agreement:

The terms of cancellation, refund, and termination are detailed in the Service Agreement. Both parties will agree on the specific cancellation policies, as well as any payment obligations for work completed up to that point. Refunds or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations) are also outlined in the agreement.
